CONSCIOUS GROWTH

REVILLAGING PROGRAM
A seasonal learning journey exploring how to rebuild village life and become people of place.

place-based learning
The Conscious Growth ReVillaging Program is a place-based educational journey that brings together immersive learning, ecological stewardship, community practice, and cultural regeneration through visits to farms, ecovillages, and regenerative community projects across the Cascadia bioregion.
Together, we'll learn from the people and places cultivating resilient communities while exploring how those lessons can be adapted and applied within our own neighborhoods, watersheds, and bioregions. Whether you're seeking practical skills, deeper relationships, or a greater sense of purpose and belonging, ReVillaging offers a pathway for bringing the practices of village into everyday life.

what we'll cultivate
At the heart of the ReVillaging Program are three essential relationships:
ourSELf
ONE ANOTHER
THE LIVING WORLD
Together, these relationships cultivate something even deeper: a sense of place.
Whether we live in an urban neighborhood, suburban community, rural landscape, or ecovillage, the invitation is the same:
To become people of place.
the three relationships

Everything begins with the relationship we have with ourselves.
We cultivate self-awareness, resilience, emotional intelligence, purpose, and personal responsibility. As we become more grounded within ourselves, we become better equipped to participate in healthy communities and contribute to the world around us.
Village life is built
through relationships.
Together we cultivate reciprocity, cooperation, belonging, healthy communication, mutual aid, and collective care. We explore how trust is built, conflict is repaired, and communities become places where people feel connected, supported, and empowered to contribute.
Healthy communities depend
upon healthy ecosystems.
We cultivate relationship with forests, watersheds, food systems, biodiversity, and the living world that sustains us. Through ecological literacy and hands-on stewardship, we learn to see ourselves as participants within living systems rather than separate from them.
As our relationships with ourselves, our communities, and the land deepen, so too does our relationship with place. We begin to understand the history, ecology, culture, and unique character of the places we call home. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all vision of village life, we learn to respond to the needs, opportunities, and identities of the places we call home.

what we'll explore
Resilient communities don't emerge by accident. They are supported by four interconnected systems:
social
cultural
economic
environmental
Throughout the journey, we'll explore how these systems interact and how they can be strengthened to support healthier people, communities, and ecosystems.

the seasonal journey
If the Conscious Growth Convergence offers an experience of the five elements, the ReVillaging Program offers an opportunity to live with them.
Together, we move through the seasons, following the rhythm of the five elements. Rather than organizing learning around academic semesters or arbitrary timelines, we move with the natural cycles of the year, allowing each season to shape what and how we learn.

Why We Created
This Program
Every year, Conscious Growth brings hundreds of people together through the Conscious Growth Convergence, our annual gathering centered around music, education, art, ecology, and community. For four days, people gather at Lost Valley Education Center to experience something many of us have been longing for: a culture rooted in reciprocity, creativity, shared learning, celebration, and collective care.
Together, we build a temporary village
within an ecovillage.
We learn together. We dance together. We sing together. We grieve together. We heal together. We remember what becomes possible when people gather with intention and participate in something larger than themselves.
Then the gathering comes to an end. The stages come down. The art installations are packed away. The tents disappear. Everyone returns home carrying new friendships, new inspiration, and new questions.
Over the years, one question continued to emerge...

How do we carry this experience
into everyday life?
The ReVillaging Program is our response.
Rather than creating another event, we wanted to create a seasonal learning journey that helps people integrate these experiences into the places where they live.
A journey where participants don't simply experience community, but learn how to cultivate it.
Where they don't just visit regenerative places, but build relationships with the people stewarding them.
Where they don't simply leave inspired, but develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to participate more fully in the resilience of their own communities.
The Convergence reminds us what's possible.
ReVillaging helps us live it.
